At CORNELIUS VÖGE we test and develop projects through studies and understanding of materials and scale. The cancer counselling centre Livsrum Herlev is the Danish version of the acclaimed Maggie’s Centre and a classic example on this hands-on approach. From the early stages Livsrum Herlev has been developed through several 1:1 mock ups of eg. façade materials and flooring, to make sure we find the right material composition and scale, colour scheme and feeling for this kind of project.
