HOUSE OF CHESS – NEW PROJECT

We are happy to announce that Cornelius Vöge have been chosen as architects for Skakkens Hus – hjernens motionscenter® (House of Chess); a new meeting place for chess players and national head quarter of Dansk Skoleskak (Danish Scholastic Chess Federation). The project turns 750 m2 in a 1950s office building in central Copenhagen into a brain gym, that will host fun, social and educational activities for young and old interested in the fascinating game of chess. The project was won in tender after an invited round of negotiations based on references, process, method etc. and includes consultancy from building program to realization.For more: Skakkenshus.dk.
