Danish newspaper Politiken reviews and gives the H.C. Andersen Museum architecture five out of six stars. The review headline, Snirkelinehuset, refers to the iconic round shapes of the museum buildings and landscapes and how they connect. Architectural reviewer, Carsten R.S. Ifversen, draws his attention to both subtle details and how the architecture successfully relates and adds to the many scales of its urban and historical surroundings. At the museum´s opening last year the exhibition itself was also awarded five stars in Politiken.
