WELLFARE – CREATING THIRD PLACES

We have expertise in the planning and construction of buildings for recreational, cultural and educational purposes and for social and healthcare functions, as well as in the creation of third places across different building typologies and urban developments.

We are specialised in creating shared spaces that function as gathering points and meeting places, strengthening diversity and local communities. This is reflected in most of our projects – both in institutions, healthcare centres and community centres, as well as in our approach to planning.
