CLIENT CONSULTANCY – FROM STRATEGIC ADVISORY TO BUILDINGS IN OPERATION
In addition to long-lasting architectural solutions, Cornelius Vöge offers strategic consultancy and client advisory services across all phases of construction – from early programming and option studies, through needs analysis and quality assurance, to procurement strategies, ICT, cost and time management, project and construction management, as well as DGNB, sustainability, operation and maintenance.
We provide consultancy on planning, preservation and development of cultural heritage as well as transformation of existing buildings, refurbishment and new construction. We present solutions to our clients from early analysis, stakeholder and user involvement, and concept development to design development and project completion.
The studio has more than 20 years of experience designing, constructing and renovating a broad portfolio of projects in the range of 0–300 million DKK. Our approach is always to create long-lasting solutions for our clients and projects. This makes sense in relation to the client’s total economy, building operation and genuine sustainability. The studio’s strength lies in our diversity and ability to understand all aspects of a given project. We are generalists, but with strong specialist competencies among our staff in construction management, economics, scheduling, sustainability, conservation, traditional building techniques and building physics – to name but a few.
